We believe that no one should face addiction or mental health challenges alone. When you’re ready to talk, we’re ready to listen — no judgment, no pressure, just support. Let us help you begin your journey back on track.
A safe, substance-free environment can make the difference between sustained recovery and relapse. Our Transitional and Sober Living Houses provide stable housing in a supportive community where residents hold each other accountable, build structure into their daily routines, and practice the skills they’ve learned in treatment. It’s more than a place to stay — it’s a place to grow, surrounded by others who share your commitment to a new way of living.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program delivers structured, evidence-based treatment for substance use and mental health disorders — without requiring you to step away from your daily responsibilities. Through a combination of group therapy, individual counseling, and skill-building sessions, our IOP provides the clinical depth of inpatient care with the flexibility to maintain work, family, and life commitments. Sessions are designed to address the root causes of addiction, develop healthy coping strategies, and build a relapse prevention plan tailored to your unique circumstances.
Everything we do at Back On Track is built on one principle: you are the expert on your own life. Empowered Support means we don’t hand you a one-size-fits-all plan and send you on your way. We collaborate with you — honoring your voice, your goals, and your autonomy at every step. Our role is to equip you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to take ownership of your recovery and build a future on your own terms.
1. Emotional Wellness
Understanding, accepting, and effectively managing your feelings. It means developing healthy coping strategies, building resilience, and learning to navigate life’s challenges without turning to substances.
2. Physical Wellness
Caring for your body through regular movement, nutrition, sleep, and medical care. In recovery, rebuilding physical health restores energy, reduces cravings, and strengthens your ability to handle stress.
3. Social Wellness
Building and maintaining healthy, supportive relationships. It involves setting boundaries, developing trust, and surrounding yourself with people who encourage your growth rather than enable old patterns.
4. Intellectual Wellness
Engaging your mind through learning, creativity, and problem-solving. Intellectual stimulation keeps you curious, motivated, and focused on personal development beyond treatment.
5. Occupational Wellness
Finding purpose and satisfaction through meaningful work or productive activity. Whether it’s employment, education, or volunteering, occupational wellness provides structure, identity, and financial stability.
6. Financial Wellness
Developing a healthy relationship with money — budgeting, reducing debt, and planning for the future. Financial stress is a major relapse trigger, and stability in this area supports long-term recovery.
7. Environmental Wellness
Creating safe, supportive surroundings that promote well-being. This includes stable housing, substance-free living spaces, and removing yourself from environments that trigger unhealthy behaviors.
8. Spiritual Wellness
Connecting to a sense of purpose, meaning, or something greater than yourself — whether through faith, meditation, nature, or personal values. Spiritual wellness provides hope and grounding during the recovery journey.
